Breathing Birth Prenatal YOga+Childbirth education

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. You are also welcome to bring a pen and notebook to take notes.

Join a warm, supportive weekly class designed for expectant mamas in Midtown Columbus that blends prenatal yoga with practical childbirth education. Each session combines gentle movement, breath work, posture and pelvic floor and core care with evidence-based information about labor, birth and postpartum recovery — so you leave feeling physically prepared, informed, and confident.

This class is just for the birthing person. If you’d like your partner to participate, check out our group or private childbirth education class.

tHE tRIMESTER tEA


Sundays 1:00-2:00 pm

A welcoming, birth-positive social and support group for expectant mothers and those in the early postpartum months. Join other moms-to-be and those recently delivered to chat, debrief, share experiences, and offer encouragement and practical guidance in a relaxed, judgment-free setting. Each gathering blends open conversation with short, evidence-informed tips on pregnancy, birth, newborn care, and emotional well-being. Come for connection, stay for community: bring your questions, your stories, and enjoy an open tea bar.

This weekly gathering is a free, community-building event. A donation jar will be available to offer birth support and education for families who cannot afford it.

postpartum Yoga+support Circle


Wednesdays 11:00am-12:00pm

A gentle yoga practice focused on core and pelvic floor connection and reintegration, breathing and mental and emotional health. Non-mobile babies are welcome. Enjoy this safe welcoming space as a support system in this new season of parenthood.

This class CAN be appropriate for women who have not yet been to their 6-week appointment. However, it is important to know your body. If you are unsure if this would be appropriate for you, please give us a call or check in with your care provider.

Gentle Strength & Balance: Yoga for Peri- and Postmenopausal Women

A thoughtfully paced yoga class designed to support the shifting needs of peri- and postmenopausal bodies — and welcoming to women of any age. This practice focuses on building balance, functional strength, and flexibility through accessible, mindful movement, then winds down with restorative poses to encourage deep rest and renewal.

Expect a brief warm-up with breath-centered movement, standing and seated sequences that emphasize balance and stability, longer strength building poses, and slow, nurturing cool-down that transitions into supported restorative poses (bolsters, blankets, blocks) for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a sense of renewal.

Who it's for

  • Peri- and postmenopausal women looking for a safe yoga practice to support balance, strength, flexibility, bone and joint health, and emotional well-being.

  • Any woman who wants a gentle yet effective class that honors changing bodies and offers practical tools for everyday movement.

  • All levels welcome — instructors provide modifications and progressions so each participant can work within her own comfort and capacity

rISING mOON yOGA


Thursdays 4:30-5:30 pm

A welcoming, beginner-friendly class designed for teen girls to build body awareness, attunement, and self-confidence through mindful movement. We focus on simple poses and flowing sequences that teach balance of body and mind, paired with breath practices to calm the nervous system and strengthen mind-body connection. Sequences are built to help teens feel grounded, empowered, and more comfortable in their own skin. No prior experience needed — come as you are.
