Join a small-group childbirth education workshop designed for you and your partner to prepare confidently for birth — whatever path your journey takes. Over a series of interactive sessions you’ll learn practical skills, get evidence-based information, and build emotional and physical readiness so you can approach your birth with clarity and calm.

Clear, evidence-based explanations of the stages of labor, common interventions, pain management options, and newborn care.
Practical breathing, movement, and comfort measures to use during labor.
Guidance on creating a flexible birth plan that reflects your values and preference
This 4-week series runs March 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 10 am to 12 pm. Each class reviews and builds on the prior so regular attendance is important. Tea bar and light snacks will be available. Please bring a reusable water bottle. Series is $125 for the entire 4-week series. Partners are welcome and encouraged to join for some or all of the classes. Registration in advance is required and space is limited to keep setting intimate.
A welcoming, birth-positive social and support group for expectant mothers and those in the early postpartum months. Join other moms-to-be and those recently delivered to chat, debrief, share experiences, and offer encouragement and practical guidance in a relaxed, judgment-free setting. Each gathering blends open conversation with short, evidence-informed tips on pregnancy, birth, newborn care, and emotional well-being. Come for connection, stay for community: bring your questions, your stories, and enjoy an open tea bar.
This monthly gathering is a free, community-building event. A donation jar will be available to offer birth support and education for families who cannot afford it.
This secures your estimated due date and is paid towards your total amount due. Once this fee is paid, a contract will be sent to you within 48 hours. Balance may be paid in full after contract signing or payment plan may be negotiated. Total amount must be paid by 36 week appointment.
Get exceptional postpartum support with our dedicated postpartum packages. Our in-home postpartum doulas prioritize both mama and newborn, offering practical help such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and newborn care while mom rests or showers. We also provide sibling support, guidance on maternal healing and postpartum mental health, and basic newborn care education.
Daytime and nighttime shifts available by advance scheduling. Minimums: 4 hours for daytime sessions and 8 hours for nighttime sessions. Note: nighttime rates do not include awake-care pricing. Doula will contact you for more information within 24 hours.
