cURATED CLASSES FOR YOUR SEASON OF LIFE

Women move through distinct seasons across their lives—puberty and first menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum and early motherhood, peri- and post menopause. Each season asks for different support and offers unique wisdom. Movement, breath, and focused education can help women align with these transitions, ease discomfort, strengthen resilience, and celebrate change.

Across these seasons, we offer specific yoga practices grounded in compassion, consistency, and evidence-based pedagogy to meet you where they are—building connection to the body, creating space through breath, and offering practical knowledge and communal support that eases transitions and honors the cyclical nature of life.

Sliding Scale payments

We honor that not everyone is in a financial position to afford yoga. However, we believe that we should not be gatekeepers to wellness. The Wellness Womb offers a sliding scale payment option for all yoga classes. We hope to be able to offer it for doula services in the near future.

The question of who should pay what amount can bring up a lot of feelings. Class and financial privilege can be heavy topics, especially in a society where wealth inequality is widening, and the cost of living is rising. Here are some resources that can help you think about your financial privilege.

Postnatal Yoga + Support Circle

A gentle, restorative postnatal yoga class designed to help your body heal and reconnect after birth. We focus on safe, effective techniques to rebuild core strength and retrain the pelvic floor, using breath and mindful alignment as the foundation.

What to expect

  • Guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and coordinate intra‑abdominal pressure.

  • Gentle diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic floor awareness exercises that support healing without strain.

  • Progressive sequencing from deep relaxation and subtle engagement to slow, controlled movements that rebuild abdominal support and pelvic stability.

  • Class CAN be appropriate for women prior to their 6-week appointment. Modifications and hands‑on cues offered for movement or choose to enjoy a quiet space for breathwork and svasana.

  • Emphasis on slow progression of healing and connecting.

Each class begins with restorative breathing and guided relaxation, moves into targeted core and pelvic floor reintegration practice, then introduces gentle, strengthening movements that feel accessible and sustainable. We close with calming stretches and a soothing relaxation to integrate body and breath.

Community Support Circle After practice, join our informal support circle where moms gather to share experiences, ask questions, and encourage one another in a warm, confidential space. This is a time to connect, listen, and feel held by other parents traveling the same path. Non-mobile babies and breastfeeding welcome.
