Our People
Olivia Rose
Olivia Rose, Columbus native supporting positive birth for a decade. After her own positive birth in 2014, she fell in love with pregnancy and birth and supporting and educating mothers through their own positive birth experience.
Olivia completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training (E-RYT200) with Asheville Yoga Center. In 2015, she completed her birth and postpartum doula certification (CD, CPD) with Doula Training International. Taking clients in Columbus, GA and Maui, HI over the next few years, she decided in 2017 to complete a childbirth education certification through ProDoula.
Returning to Columbus in 2021, she began casually taking birth and postpartum clients again and in 2025 she pursued a prenatal yoga certification (RPYT) to specialize in supporting women through movement and breath. She uses yoga infused with childbirth education as a modality to guide families through the pregnancy journey to a positive birth experience.
She believes in the power of education, preparation and support to achieve the birth you want. She attends both hospital and attended home births. Olivia would love to schedule a consultation to see if she’s a good fit for your family.
