Support Circles
The Trimester Tea
Held Second Sundays 1:00-2:00 pm
June 14
A welcoming, birth-positive social and support group for expectant mothers and those in the early postpartum months. Join other moms-to-be and those recently delivered to chat, debrief, share experiences, and offer encouragement and practical guidance in a relaxed, judgment-free setting. Each gathering blends open conversation with short, evidence-informed tips on pregnancy, birth, newborn care, and emotional well-being. Come for connection, stay for community: bring your questions, your stories, and enjoy an open tea bar.
This weekly gathering is a free, community-building event. A donation jar will be available to offer birth support and education for families who cannot afford it.
Free event.

Ceremonial Services
We hold space for special occasions or events through ceremonial services. Ceremonial cacao can be added to any appropriate event.
A First Moon Party is a gentle, private gathering that honors a girl’s first menstrual cycle as a meaningful life transition. Held in a safe, supportive circle, it offers space for learning, storytelling, and simple rituals that affirm body wisdom, self-respect, and belonging. The intention is not celebration in a public sense, but witnessing—helping her feel held, informed, and confident as she begins this new chapter.
A Mother Blessing is a sacred, intimate gathering rooted in Indigenous tradition and often adapted with care to honor a woman during a significant life transition. Centered on storytelling, intention-setting, and gentle ritual, it offers emotional, spiritual, and communal support rather than advice or fixing. The purpose is to bless, witness, and strengthen—surrounding her with love, presence, and shared wisdom as she crosses the threshold into motherhood.
A Closing of the Womb Ceremony is a gentle, sacred ritual that honors completion after a significant reproductive or life transition—such as birth, loss, menopause, or hysterectomy. Through intention, touch, warmth, and presence, it supports grounding, integration, and emotional closure. The purpose is to honor what has been carried, release what is no longer needed, and help the body and spirit feel held, settled, and whole again.
We are open to honoring other occasions, please reach out to us for inquiry, questions, and pricing.
